Only one significant complaint:
There appears to be a type of paper material sewed into the case, perhaps as padding?
As the item is handled, a paper like "loud crinkle sound" is produced. This makes the product sound really bargain basement cheap although it is strong & durable. It is a contradiction of sorts: Good product that sounds sub-par.Read full review...
