Win10 works plug and play; Linux not yet
Win10 works. Plug it in, it is recognized, and you can search for your Bluetooth devices and connect to them. No need to download additional drivers or software.
Ubuntu 20.04.3 Live CD and Fedora Workstation 35 (both are Linux Live CDs) fails:

I can recommend it for Win10, but not Linux (at least not as of 2022-02-07).

Pretty good for price (Windows 10)
Headphones stutter when I also connect my controller to it to play video games (so I still use wired controller) but when it's just my headphones it's crystal clear. For $1.93 I don't think it can get better, you can literally find that in coins around the house. If you want to connect to a speaker, add an accessory, or use wireless headphones this is the way.

Doesn't work with Windows 7.
No driver came with the product. However, the Microsoft driver/enumerator installed without problem.However, the product failed to pair with any of four devices.
I don't have the equipment to determine if the radio is working or if it's some kind of enumerator fault.
