Always buy name brand!
When it comes to these kinds of small electronic items always buy name brand. I know you can get these from China for as low as $1.25 shipped but remember the old saying "you get what you pay for". I went through and wasted time and money purchasing cheap china items that gave me nothing but ground hums, distortion, popping etc. The IO Crest is exactly the opposite, clean digital sound with not hum or static.
