Easier than expected to use

I paid a little more for this unit than some of the other styles of toilet lid locks available. We were looking for one that seemed easy to use as we have a 7 year old who will need to be able to operate it as well. I watched videos of most of them on YouTube and felt that most of the others were going to be a little more difficult to operate, likely requiring two hands to operate. This unit is very easy to use with one hand once you get used to using it. The one minor issue is when putting up the lid and seat they are almost perfectly verticle and if you are not careful it can fall back down. You just cannot slam it up because it rebounds back.
