Shipping super fast , but stand needs few updates!!
I have never seen the expensive make that this was copied off of. Looks like design is good but the upper plate that the steering wheel bolts to is too heavy & wide. I don’t think the shifter needs to be also on this plate. With all this weight the 2 locking clamps won’t hold the upright shaft tight & it creeps down. I removed the excess iron(weight) on top plate & installed stock car weight holding brackets to the bottom tubing. I removed the clamping brackets that were supplied & tightened these clamp brackets tight. Does hold tight & keeps shaft up.Read full review...
