The cuff & Microlife's BP Moniters are fantastic

I bought it used because the cuff is very easy to hold in place when putting it on.
I have bought new Microlife Blood Pressure Monitors before, and always liked them.
The used monitor itself didn't come with a plug, I don't like using batteries because they're bad for the envirement.

Cuff too small

I owned a previous version of the Microlife BP monitor, but have always had problems with the soft cuff bunching on my arm during inflation. I bought this because it had a ridged cuff to prevent bunching. When I got it the readings were sky high. I took it with me to the Dr's who compared it to when they got and both the upper and lower numbers we reading 20 points high.

They looked at the cuff and we inflated it, the part of the cuff that inflates should cover 80% of my arm, this one covered about 60%, the Dr said this causes artificially high readings.

While this may work well for someone with small arms it will not work correctly for someone with larger arms.Read full review

Easy to use but not accurate

This machine was very easy to use but does not take an accurate reading!

My doctor asked me to bring in my machine so it could be compared against the manual BP reading during my office visit and we were shocked to see the machine was 20 pts higher. Very disappointing especially because I bought THIS machine based on a very high recommendation from a relative. I returned it and bought a different machine that when compared to the manual reading had only a 2-3 point difference. Read full review

THis is a discontinued model, but it works great. Cuff fits all sizes.

Love machine it does now only one test which you can set it up so it will do 3 test than averages are on the 3 keep directors of a 150 tests and very accurate I'd highly recommend it
