Shimano bottom brackets but they can be cheap so that you're not afraid of burning through them. I've had several of those and they rarely last longer than about 2000km with me but my bike is abused and is parked outside almost 365/24/7 so i am pushing them. I have been hesitating investing in Chris King but I have difficulty to believe a CK hub will really live 5-10x longer which is how much more expensive they are.Read full review...
