It works very well, doesn't cost much, looks great.
Works fine for me, takes the hiss out of my high gain amp when I'm not on the gas, very simple to use, great value. may not be up to some pro's standards, but does it's job well for my self.

Noise canceller
Had problem with ac inverter noise being picked up by the guitar amp. This solves the problem. Cons if you set threshold too high you kill your sound from the guitar.
