Time Consuming, advanced modeling skills required, vague instructions
Pros- nice details/good working model design
Cons- Time consuming, experience needed in soldering, electrical, etc.
consider painting before assembly, lube all points before assembly,
make sure to cut the metal rod longer than you need and cut it once completed, noisy motor sounds like a vacuum cleaner, poorly written instructions, it is a nice working model.you may need to make
multiple adjustments before you will be satisfied, some parts are flimsy and can break easily, I recommend buying (2) kits so you have a parts box if this kit is discontinued, motor change outs happen so don't glue the base of the house in so it can be removed if need be.i consider it to be for advanced modelers. no Utube useful videos guides on this bridge.Read full review...

Follow directions and go slow
This is my second one and it’s pretty cool. Big job but worth it. I added a small diameter of dowel and added lights underneath as a mariner myself. A red light may be an idea when the bridge is raised but keep it light!Read full review...
