Designed not by photographers
The only way to make this work is by leveling the tripod first before mounting the tripod head. The base of most tripods are so large as to obscure the spirit level. It is virtually useless for me.

Overpriced
Ok, but very overpriced. The one I use most was half the price and is adjustable on all 3 axis
