Arm Gyro Exercise

Hand gyros are fun and intense arm exercise equipment that don't require electricity to work. But they are intense arm and wrist exercises. This product allows you a post to grip the gyro. It's a little harder to get it started than the simple ball, but it's not too hard. And once started you can pass back and forth between hands with the post up and with the post down. For the price it's definitely a great hand and arm strengthener. And it's safe. If it ever hurts, you just stop.Read full review...

Worthless

lLet's begin with the utterly worthless string they include. This string features plastic tips on either end that easily snap off, causing unnecessary friction within the gyro. Not to mention, the string is far too short to build up any significant momentum. And don't even get me started on the pointless handle that does nothing but hinder your ability to use the device effectively. What a complete waste of both time and money.Read full review...
