Unit is fast heating. Cooks evenly. I did a Subway Sandwich toasted & heated nicely. Eggs did well. Don't do frozen biscuits, they need oven time. I am pleased with this unit.

Too slow or not hot enough. Takes 15 to 20 min to brown hash browns. Cooks eggs ok, but I can do them in a skillet faster and more to my liking. Disappointed -would not buy again.
