I have a long story about my project with a Polaris 2002 sportsman 500 ho, a two change over in one year morphydite. my machine is a 500 ho Remington. but the stator , plate, all electronics are of pre that year,front drive shaft, u-joints, I have had several obstacle's to go thru with repair, the plus, I now understand what I am up against. no regrets buying it, I got a great education out of it, I worked in a machine shop as a repairman , so to measure was a plus. remember the green wire was the culprit, starter wire! the stator appears to be made well, plugs, connectors, wrapping, bolt up, colored coded ,,charging at 14.7Read full review...
