Great, fun movie.

A friend of mine wrote the screenplay for this film. That aside, I enjoyed seeing it when it aired on tv. Looking forward to watching the 3D Blu-ray version, I purchased recently.

Shark invades flooded grocery store

When a tsunami hits an Australian coastal town, the staff and shoppers in a food store are trapped, and a 12 foot shark has been washed into the store! So, our heroes must find a way out of the tangled wreckage dodging electric wires and a hungry shark.
Unfortunately you never really care much about the characters or their dilemma.
Apparently this is a post-production 3D conversion, pretty decent sense of depth, but not much as far as pop-outs.Read full review...

Most shark movie writers and producers might not want their movies compared to Jaws but it can't be helped by the public not to. This movie was well done, different story line, not at all cheesy like you think it might be, just a lot of fun. Don't look at it as Jaws, look at it as a completely separate movie and in real life, no one gets hurt. Lastly, the 3D really adds to the fun.

The movie is much better than you might expect.

Good effects and decent story line

This wasn't bad for a movie I never heard of. The 3-D effects are really good and he story line isn't half bad. If you want some 3-D movies in your collection, this one is priced right.
