I soldered one of these onto the battery leads for an ethernet cable tester. The positive snap fit very tight onto the battery and broke the post off the battery when I pried it off. Be careful to expand the snap a bit before connecting the battery. The fit will still be tight but not so tight as to make removal difficult. Other than that the connector works fine. Perfect Replacement
Battery connectors on both of my (25 year old) multimeters were discovered to be damaged due to corrosion and general aging of the plastic.
I ordered these connectors. They shipped within two days and I received them by US Mail 5 or 6 days later. Good price. Perfect fit. 5-inch long wires were longer than I needed.
In case the pictures are confusing, both of the parts I received ARE the T-shaped connectors with the wires entering the connector BETWEEN the plus and minus terminals.
