One of Nikon’s toughest lenses

This lens cannot be beat in so many ways. Build quality is fantastic, but still very much pocketable. Sharp images through most of the frame wide open compared to faster lenses of its time, low element count lends to beautiful color saturation and rendition. Focus is buttery, not to mention there are PLENTY of these lenses readily available on the gray market. Just an all around exquisite lens for the money.Read full review...
