I have always had a very hard time cleaning the inside of the windshield and sometimes the inside of the rear window. These days I have more problems than when I was young due to torn Rotator Cuffs. My arms are extremely weak. With this wonderful tool, doing the insides of the windows is no longer a chore. I can honestly say I look forward to cleaning the windows in the vehicle because it is just easy to do. The Micro-Fiber pad has an elastic band around the whole edge to keep the pad on the wand which also makes it washable. The only thing I do not like is eventually the pad has to wear out. I do not know how you would purchase another cleaning pad. There were no instructions with this item for it is just simple to use but if there was an internet site, maybe one could order extra pads. So as a rating for this item, I would give it an eight out of ten review only because of not being able to get replacement pads. The wand itself is, I guess, sturdy enough. Had my doubts but was surprised. With dashboards being so wide anymore it was hard for me to reach the corners and bottom. What you pay is what you get

The fiber rag on the handle is wayyy to thin causing the fiber rag to only be use with a few swipes than you have to wash it . Waste of money unless the fiber rag becomes thicker.
