Very Engaging AND A Lot Of Fun

The movie is just a lot of fun for the whole family. I little bit of light violence but other then that, it's very funny and very entertaining.
Basically, a seasoned cop is sent on a mission and unexpectedly finds himself as an undercover Kindergarten Teacher. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as the undercover teacher. Yes, I said that, if you can imagine that. Arnold is very good in his portrayal as a teacher and all the children are just adorable!
It's a really good movie with very engaging characters and a great plot. I don't want to give anything else away. You'll Just have to trust me on this one!!

Kindergarten Cop (DVD, 1998)

Cute movie about a mother hiding from her criminal husband and his mother. Witnesses against him are murdered and the case falls apart. Now the drug dealing dad is planning to kidnap his son. Arnold Schwarzenegger and his female partner are trying to find this little boy. He and his mother are hiding under different names. The cops find out where the mom and boy are, now they have to find out which ones they are. The mom is accused of stealing $2M. Arnold's partner is supposed to pose as a kindergarten teacher but she gets food poisoning and Arnold must stand in. He poses as the teacher. He is lousy! After a couple of days he takes control and with a whistle, exercise, dicipline, and a pet ferret, he soon has everything under control. The boy's mom is also a teacher, and she and Arnold become close. Several of the other moms openly flirt with Arnold, and before long, all of the other teachers and the principle think that he is a great teacher. He finds out that the theft charge is bogus. Eventually the bad dad shows up and attempts to grab his son at school. Arnold is wounded and after a shootout the dad is killed. The funny part of this movie is the interactions with the children. The story of the criminal and the efforts to capture him are all secondary to this story. Always liked this DVD so got it for my 6yr old granddaughter she loved it. Was used but played great. Got a few be DVD's from this vender and all are good. Still waiting for Toy Story Triagy and 2 Frozen costumes when I get them I will be happy and give my Big review.Read full review...

Kindergarten Cop is a happy title for this type of movie.

After hearing that a film festival in Astoria dropped the showing of the movie because some cancel culture warrior was upset about it being a cop movie, I decided to watch the movie to see what the fuss was. Kindergarten Cop

I wish movies like this still came out today, Kindergarten Cop is hilarious and action packed.

Arnie is great but the real scene stealers are the little tykes in Arnies class. Kindergarten Cop provides enough laughs to please a comedy lover and enough action to please any action fan.

Remember watching this movie on VHS as a little girl, so I just had to have it now on DVD. had me laughing the whole time, and brought back childhood memories with lines from this movie. :D
