Men in Black

I dont usually like science fiction movies, but this movie was really good. I like both lead characters (Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith). They both did a really good job working together to make the movie humorous and were able to keep your attention throughout the entire movie. There is action and humor throughout the whole movie. I guess that's why I liked it. I tend to like action and comedy movies instead of drama or horror.

What a GOOD Will Smith Movie!!!

Comedy from director Barry Sonnenfeld (Get Shorty) is a lot of fun, largely on the strength of Will Smith's engaging performance as the rookie partner of a secret agent (Tommy Lee Jones) assigned to keep tabs on Earth-dwelling extraterrestrials. There's lots of comedy to spare in this bright film, some of the funniest stuff found in the margins of the major action. (A scene with Smith's character being trounced in the distance by a huge alien while Jones questions a witness is a riot.) The inventiveness never lets up, and the cast--including Vincent D'Onofrio doing frighteningly convincing work as an alien occupying a decaying human--hold up their end splendidly.Read full review...

Outstanding Sci-Fi Comedy

DVD was in great shape, and the film was outstanding. Tommy Lee Jones is excellent in his role as agent K, and this is the first time I've seen him in a comedy role.
Will Smith is also fantastic, and his wise guy sense of humor really lends its self to his role as agent J.
