The Mighty Ducks movies are among my favorites movies. The first movie is just the beginning of the story of a man forced to coach a hockey team by a court order to transforming the players into a great hockey team. He turns the team around from a unruly bunch of rather uncordinated kids into a team that has found their strengths and works together. Last in their league when he takes over. How much can they succeed? Will he remember the passion he had for hockey when he was young and stop dwelling on his missed oppurtunity for victory?

Good Family Show

I for one don't like most of the movies or TV shows of today with all the violence and sex, etc... This is one that anybody in the family can watch. I give it a thumbs up.

Get what you pay for. Low Price, Low Quality of picture.

I ordered 2 of these one for a Christmas gift and one for myself. However, when I watched the DVD the quality of the picture you can tell is not digitally enhanced. It looked as if I was watching it from a VHS still. I have a Plasma HD television want everything to look great, but I was sadly disappointed in the quality of it.Read full review...

We were not able to find this movie in the store and was greatful to find it on EBAY. It was more affordable. Also, my daughter and I had just spent 4 days in Florida at the Disney resort that displayed the Mighty Ducks and she wanted to see the movie. We were there on a band trip with the school. My young grandson is really into ice hockey so I bought him this DVD. He watches it a lot. The movie is well done and the acting is good. The only problem I see is the use of a few bad words which a youngster picks up on very quickly.Read full review...

Perfect family movie

Me and my fiance currently have a couple of kids and the both of us love hockey. I can't imagine a better movie that better to introduce our kids to the great game.
