Mattel Has Lost the True Concept of Polly Pocket

I was very excited to get this at such a great price. My excitement soon turned to dismay. What made Polly Pocket so awesome in the beginning was the fact, Polly had her own tiny world and that tiny world fit into a tiny compact, completely and you could take Polly and her world easily everywhere you went. These small Polly Pocket Compacts put Polly and friends (usually 1,max 2) plus accessories into the package and make you think it will ALL fit into the compact. Not the case. There's no way both accessories and Polly are going to fit. You have to pick one and put the rest in a little baggie or bigger case. It defeats the whole purpose of Polly Pocket in the first place. If Mattel was going to keep Polly Pocket going (and I'm glad they did) I truly wish they would have stuck to what made us all love Polly in the first place. I'm still a fan and always will be but please, Mattel, give us back the totally complete and compact world of our Polly Pocket and friends.Read full review
