Took a chance buying refurbs and glad I did. Bought three sets
I was skeptical about purchasing refurbished headphones. I have had mixed success in the past with refurbished.products. I saw this was direct from Bose, carried a warranty, and an immediate return for any reason policy. I took a chance and purchased. I had looked at these at my local Best Buy so I knew the product.had the features I wanted. The headphones arrived within three days. I looked them over closely. Everything was sealed in packaging. No markings or evidence of prior use. Perfect condition. The sound is crisp and a bit louder than my other headphones, with a better sounding bass. I love the control features, voice telling me battery level at startup and what I am connected to, the volume /connection controls over the right ear. I had not intended to use with my phone for phone calls but these work well for that too. I have used these on a conference call. I could hear better than I could holding that phone to my ear. I tested the microphone to make sure others can hear me and I have no complaints. The headphones are very comfortable. These are the best headphones I have owned. I bought two more for my wife and daughter. They were perfect refurbs as well.Read full review...

Sounded good. Only issue is that the microphone would not work properly which is the main reason I purchased, since you can connect two devices (phone and computer) which I am using during these COVID-19 times for video conferencing. Spent couple of hours troubleshooting (firmware, rebooting, etc.) until contacting support.
Support was good as they will send me new pair. However, the return process is cumbersome as they will not send replacement until they receive my return.
This means I'll have ordered the earphones probably 3 weeks ago and had them for 1 day. :(

Incredible Sound, Lightweight and Comfortable!
Unbelievable sound from these Bose SoundLink AE2 headphones! I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive of Wireless Headphones and how the sound quality would be, however use them everyday on my walk around our neighborhood with my Iphone XR and Bluetooth on my TV which I do not hear everything from due to my hearing loss. Best headphones I've ever owned!
I used to own a pair of Solo Beats and loved the sound but hated how uncomfortable and cumbersome the headphones were. I'd heard about Bose coming out with a pair of wireless headphones and, being a great admirer of Bose products, decided to finally replaced my beats. I am beyond glad I made this decision because not only are these headphones extremely lightweight and very comfortable, but they pack a punch in the sound department! Lightweight and incredibly useful
