Perfect OEM Professional look and performance.

This is a factory OEM product. It will enhance the interior look of your vehicle to a more robust, and expensive look, for a fraction of a price. The compass on mine was orange in color, so it matches the interior lighting ambience of the car (at night). The performance of this mirror is awesome. Even though my 2020 Altima has tinted glass, the mirror still gets dark to fill the gap that the tint can't deal with, especially when you are driving on the highway. The installation was easy (as far as fitting in the mounting bracket). The electrical part takes a little, take apart, and minimal wire (3 wires = 12v constant, 12v IGN, Ground), but once done, you wont regret it. It has the garage door control option, but at this time, I have no garage to use it with. I like to keep my car looking factory, and dislike anything that looks ad-on or universal fit. This mirror will keep your car looking professional, and if you don't mention it, none will notice that you add it. Read full review...

Auto dim does not work.

Mirror came in great condition in terms of the the mirror and housing. The only thing that I am not happy with is that the auto dim does not work. I have an electrical background, so I know how to wire and load test. The only reason I chose to keep it was for the garage door opener and the red compass. Overall not very satisfied as I will have to find this exact mirror again and swap it out in the future. Read full review...

Works as advertised!

Installed easily in 2002 Honda Accord. Seller identified which of the three wires were what. Did have to run a "switched" 12V wire down the RH A Pillar. Used cigarette lighter power wire. Used the un-switched power and ground wires on the forward overhead cabin lighting. I did have to acquire an adapter for the windshield mount ($25). Solid installation. Works as advertised! I did have to clean it up a bit.Read full review...

Works like a charm

I installed this into my wife's 2015 Toyota RAV4 XLE. Despite all the other features of the XLE, I was surprised it didn't have a Auto-Dimming mirror with the HomeLink built in to open/close our garage doors. The car does have a Navigation System so I did not need a mirror with a compass built into it. This unit came 100% as advertised...in excellent condition with a nice long wiring harness and the wire cover that bridges the space between the mirror mount and the top of the windshield where the wires go into the overhead ceiling. Since this car has a power sunroof and overhead light console, I was able to find the 3 wires needed (Ground, +12V and switched 12V). The seller sent an email with the exact wiring instructions for the 3-wire cable of this unit. I was very glad that he did because my research on wiring for a GNTX-453 resulted in about 4 different wiring configurations. I connected the HomeLink to the "Always Hot" +12V so that we can open/close the garage doors without the key being on. The Switched 12V is connected to the Auto-Dimming (only needed when driving). As for programming the mirror to our 2 different models of Genie garage door openers, the seller sent a link to a YouTube video that was easy to follow. In a few minutes, both doors were working from the HomeLink. The Auto-dimming works great too. My wife loves it. Thanks.Read full review...

great product, good value

Mirror was in great condition! Only point to note is compatibility. The FCC ID ends in "HL3" and is not compatible with the newer HomeLink 4.0 protocol and Security+ 2.0 (typically yellow wire antenna hanging from opener). Other than that, great product.Read full review...

Great mirror

This mirror worked great with my Honda Fit. The mirror arrived in perfect condition. The plastic wire channel that hides the wires from the mirror to the headliner was a couple inches to short for my vehicle. I am looking for an option that will fit. Wiring it into the fuse box was made easy through the use of a Circuit Fuse Tap Piggy Back Blade Holder Plug. Available on Amazon or at your local auto parts store.
The directions regarding wire colors provided in the email were spot on.

2019 Toyota Highlander LE Homelink

I installed this on my 2019 Highlander LE. We wanted it for its Homelink. It was easy to identify the wiring. Center ground, left trigger hot, and right hot. I wired trigger and constant together to dome light, blue. The ground went to dome light white with black stripe. Had to adjust lane departure cover, trimmed sides to make mirror move. Mirror sits a little high, because lane departure is in way.
It was really easy to program. First and third button till quick flash, then slow. Then desired button with remote held, slow then fast. Then learn button with desired button until garage light flashes and it is all programmed.

A fix to Nissan's bonehead move

This is a great way to deal with Nissan's having dropped the garage door opener feature from its 2021 Rogue. If you're handy, you can switch one of these used mirrors for the factor mirror and regain the garage door opener features. The opener electronics are in the mirror, so all it requires is power and ground from the factory wiring.Read full review...

good purchase

It was quite easy to set up since I already had a compass and auto dim however it should have included the pigtail harness , I'm sure the suppler just didn't include it. I had to purchase one separetly an added cost. YouTube had all the installation in how to program and also how to calibrate the compass. Very good buyRead full review...
