Wonderful testimony to the dogged determination of William Wilberforce.
but most of all, A testimony to JESUS CHRIST who came in our nature to procure a people for himself, from every kindred, Nation and tongue, who delivered all who believe from the slavery of sin.
AMAZING SAVIOUR, AMAZING GRACE, AMAZING PROSPECT OF HEAVEN.
WILL YOU BE THERE?
Grace is not of works lest any man should boast, grace is an acceptance that of ourselves we can do nothing, we simply cannot transform our lives and turn away from our sins and a casting of ourselves upon him through faith.We must lay our own righteousness aside and be clothed with the righteousness of Christ.

Something we all should know about.
It contains drama, history and a moral message. It seems to convey the spirit of the time and place and gives an insight into the conditions of the victims of slavery. It would have been interesting if it had more about the experience of John Newton but, that would require a separate story I suppose.Read full review...
