I wear Copper Fit knee sleeves all the time as I have a damaged knee joint that needs support and these were a bargain compared to the ones in the store. They fit perfectly and give great support. My thigh is 19" at 5'' above the knee joint so the large sleeves fit great. I bought a size large as recommended in the sizing chart. Be sure to measure your thigh before choosing the size. Buy the XL size only if your thigh is 20" or greater at 5" above the knee joint. The large will stretch to fit but be uncomfortable if your thigh is bigger than 20". Read full review

the top band and bottom band are too tight, they cut off circulation, left indentation marks on my legs hours after taking them off. Had to split the upper band to get it more comfortable
