The Milani powder blush I received is terrible. It was wrapped real good but when I removed the bubble wrap, the outer compact is too dirty and full of scratches.. I dunno why but it looks so old. This is a light weight blush that does not deposit a huge amout of color, at least in this rose shade. I like it because it looks soft and natural but can be built upon if you need more color. It is matte but has an ever so slight glow that is not derived from sparkles of any kind.
