Fun rhythms, meh amp
About rhythms - Useful rhythms for my tween learning the piano. Easy and intuitive controls. The fact that it's a standalone rhythm device is good, because something like a website or an app can be too tempting and distracting away from musical practice work. There is a newer version with even more rhythms. Also, this device can be fed in as an auxiliary input into a bigger amplifier, and the drum beats sound correspondingly much better! About the amplifier - its something, but make sure you have a decent size amplifier with quality sound for your real practice.
