Great soft lead pencil

I really like these pencils because they are soft lead and very easy to lay down color. They blend very well and are great for shading. The colors vary from light to dark shades and are all very useful to whatever subject you are coloring. I have other sets of 72 that are not as relevant as these are. They are a thick round pencil which makes it easier to hold without my hand getting tired. They need a larger sharpener but the KUM hand held sharpener works well. I have only one issue with these pencils, and that is because they are such soft lead, they don't hold a sharp point. When I sharpen them to a sharp point, the point crumbles on the first stroke I try to color. Since they have so many positives and this is the only negative, I just need to get more use to them. I also, have a set of Prismacolor premier and the Derwent coloursoft are softer lead. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a soft lead pencil.
