Work perfectly

I have a used Marshall combo amp that had casters from a home improvement store screwed onto the bottom. It did not want to roll and always changed direction at the wrong time. I removed those and installed the Ernie Balls. Night and day difference. It rolls well now and the casters let me decide the direction. These are wonderful and I wish I’d bought them sooner.Read full review...

Super strong and sturdy wheels to install on your heavy amp or speaker cabinet

These casters will likely outlive your amp or speaker cabinet, or whatever you install them on. They pop off easily, so when you get to a gig, you can leave them on, or if they roll away, just take them off and set your amp on it's regular rubber feet. When you're ready to leave, just pop them on and wheel your amp away.

Suggestion: I made a type of amp leash, similar to a dog leash. I made it out of nylon webbing, the kind you can buy at surplus stores or sporting goods stores. That way I can pull the amp without having to stoop over all the way to my vehicle. It will save your back, especially if you move your equipment a lot. I'm 67yo and do things smarter now, then when I was young. The wheels are easy to pull, but more difficult to push. So, make yourself an amp leash and you can walk upright like Cro Magnon when leaving your gig.

amp casters

Excellent product-easy to install! about 10 minutes max. Great quality! I never have had a problem with ernie ball casters. Make sure that you keep the box that they came in in case you need to remove the casters. I bought the quick plug n' go (pop out style) casters.Read full review...

Great product!

I've installed these wheels on two different 4x12 cabinets and a large combo amp and they perform very well. They are very sturdy and have been a great upgrade from the stock wheels. I highly recommend them.Read full review...

Fits a 1960a cab with a little modification.

Got a 1960a cab and it was missing the casters. $16-$25 a piece for OEM caster? Naw, I’m good. These work great with a little bit of drilling stock holes of a Marshall 1960a. Way more sturdy and robust IMO.Read full review...
