I want to leave some tips for my fellow subie brothers.
TLDR: The quality and appearance of the product is top notch and can't be beat for the price but the install (especially the ebrake) will be a pain.
The install is more difficult than expected and it is all because the leather is of a thicker material.
Shift boot: You won't have too much trouble here. Just make sure the front and back are aligned properly because they are different. The provided boot is well made and all the little cut-out slits are aligned properly but because the material is thicker, you will have to use a pick or small flat head to push it underneath the little tabs. Watch your fingers.
Ebrake: Spare a few hours for the this one. The boot needs to be glued onto the plastic housing. The provided ebrake boot is cut like the original to fold under and over the plastic housing. However, because the material is thicker, it will be unlikely for you to do so and be able to install the ebrake boot back into the center console. I did try the folding method but eventually gave up and simply shaved off the folded part and this allowed the boot to snap into place.
Make sure you come prepared with a good bottle of glue. I had JB-Kwik handy and it seemed to work.

Nice quality but be prepared to make it fit
Good quality and nice finish. The leather is thicker than the stock vinyl so the fit is very tight. Be prepared to trim and work with it so the frame will snap back in place. Fit right in a '09 WRX.
The shift boot is very easy to change. The parking brake boot is a little harder to swap. You'll have to peel the old one from the plastic its glued to, and glue the new one back. I used a hot glue gun.
The new material is a little thicker so take your time working with it. The end results are perfect and how the car should have came from the factory.
