I installed one of these filters in an icemaker line. The water valve is also being replaced and I haven't got the valve replaced yet. I would like to have compression fittings on filters instead of the push in type. Concerned about the possibility of leaking. Read full review

The parts arrived very fast, I installed one filter rinsed and it works fine.
There is no arrow to tell the direction of the flow, maybe it doesn't matter but it should be stated.

Right but wrong

The filter is the right one but the in side of the filter. My water system has a 1/8 not threaded piece that threads into the inlet.
If yours is one hose in and one out these are your filter
