Tried a few "remedies"....
This stuff works well. I combine it with a dose of vitamin C and some tart cherry extract and ibuprofen and my swelling and pain have been reduced to almost zero. Still get flare ups if I eat junk. Do a little exercise and try not to eat too much red meat and this stuff will take care of the rest!Read full review...
