Used this Highlander sun roof motor on a 2003 sequoia. They are the same motor unfortunately you will need to use only one button to tilt an slide as well as close the sunroof, on my sequoia the tilt button became obsolete but the slide button when pushed to close tilts it up now and push to slide closes it then push again to slide. So yes all operation switches to one button but it all works and saves you about 50$.Read full review...
