Nothing wrong with utilizing a used part. Perfect fit, fully functional, OEM part. Got fan speed 3 back.

Improper packaging.

One problem. One tab out of the four which hold unit to panel was broken. I was able to use only there screws. Improper packaging. Packaging need to be better.
