A quick, simple replacement.

It works as expected. It arrived as scheduled. It fit perfectly in my 2011 Sonata Ltd Turbo. If you want to know how to do the swap, there are videos on YouTube showing how to R&R the radio. Most of it is plastic snaps, so be careful to not break them. When you get to the radio itself, work the left and right side, back and forth, a little at a time on each side, until it pops loose.

Issues noticed:
1) It was covered with dirty fingerprints, not just the normal oil from fingerprints. This was all over the front of it, not just the screen.
2) The system and map update in it were about 8 versions behind the radio I was replacing. However, my last update was 2.5 years ago, so I was due for an update anyway. Also, the update is now $25, not the $250 it used to be. The update was ordered and installed, no problems.
3) Once you swap the radio, you need to pay $15 to Sirius/XM to change your Radio ID with them. This will change your current subscription over to the new radio.

Happy

So much better than the one that was in the car previously. My son is very happy and has made his day. :)
