save your money and buy the OEM
Despite being applied to a warm vehicle kept in a heated garage overnight the overlays do not want to stay on. The rear hatch of the RAV4's have a slight curvature and even after holding them in place for several minutes the ends start to pop up when left unattended for a few minutes. I cannot believe the will survive even the most gentle car wash.

These did not even come close to fitting my 2020 RAV4 XLE AWD emblems. The thin adhesive on the inside doesn't even touch the emblem to allow it to stick so they just fall off...Extremely disappointed, especially because I spent almost $100 on these flimsy plastic things. I checked with the supplier and was told that it would fit my 2020 RAV4. It did fit but the left corner of the A and the right edge of the D did not lay flat and eventually came loose. Not sure the reason but cannot recommend the product based on my experience.Read full review...

Could have better adhesive. AWD adhesive came off as i tried to remove the piece of plastic. Some corners dont stick all the way and expose some chrome
