Not helpful, just boring.
This book is terrible. It's so boring and whiney, I could not even get more than halfway through it. I've heard that this book can help people with drinking problems, but I don't know how, I felt nothing but boredom. He complains about every aspect of his life. This book is definitely not for everyone.Read full review...
