Attractive design, slim & lightweight, intuitive and easy to use. Good sound quality. Pleasantly backlighted keypad buttons are a comfortable size and easy to see. LCD backlighting and readability are both good. Effortless conferencing with outside line using multiple handsets is an excellent feature. Speakerphone also works well. needs step down transformer, caller id option not functional in india , no switch off option like in panasonic cordless
panasonic cordless phones have switch off button to keep it on charging while in switched off position. caller id option doesn't function in indian telephone environment due to compatibility issues. needs a good quality and well researched step down transformer to prevent the sudden damage or slow damage in indian power conditions.Read full review

Consumer Reports gives this phone a very high rating and I'm glad I paid attention to their recommendation and purchased this ATT 2 Handset Phone System. The adjustable Sound/Volume is great on the handset. The Speaker Phone Feature is great. It's a very simple portabe phone with lots of nice features thar are easy to figure out without even using the instruction guide. Decent sized digital display and nice size buttons. New But.... Required Some Setup
Yes these units are new, but my set seemed to already be programmed to a base unit (not included) instead of set to the factory default settings. So in order to register them to "my" base unit, the units had to be cleared and set to the manufacturer's default settings. No problem. YouTube video of the very simple steps and code to enter in order to do such. Once cleared, the proper message was displayed on the handset that enabled it to be registered to my base. Placed it in the base cradle and in less than 15 seconds the unit was registered. Perfect! All is good. Very pleased that I was able to take a 2 phone system and increase it to a 4 phone system. All at a price much less than purchasing these units retail.Read full review

Great Phone Set
This is sure a step up from previous cordless phones we have owned. The sound is clear from the other person talking, the ring tone is easy to hear but the greatest feature is on the screen. This phone has a battery charge level meter on it along with time, line in use if the other handset is being used, date and if it handset one or two. This tells which base it should set on to charge. Not sure on distance of the signal from base to handset but has performed great in our two story house. We are very pleased with this system and got it at a great price to boot.Read full review
