Have had similar models in the past. This one has a window, which is nice. One issue that I encounter is the configuration of the rack. I use bowls, for the most part, rather than plates. The way the rack is designed it is nearly impossible to get more than a few items washed at a time. Might be the brand of detergent, but, much more than one tablespoon of detergent is needed to actually get any suds.Read full review
