There are a few nerds (back in the day before that was cool) and yet in the end we learn a great lesson on love, school, friendship, and all the great corny stuff life has to offer! We are all equal, happy, smart, and clever!
There will always be our one true love, the teen idol that never grew up, the hot-rod races, and the love affair between home and universities so far away! This is a classic ... a movie with tough decisions of young love! It is timeless!
At the moment -- online the price is great -- so go for it! Enjoy a romantic Drama without the gore of a teen horror movie, but instead -- done with great humor, intelligence, care, and fun! The old music is classic rock and roll and great for it's own story telling words!
