Good piece of literature. Jackson was the man.
Sure, he did some questionable stuff... but thats the way the world worked back then.
If not for Jackson, we would not be the great nation we are today.
Nevermind his abuse of the natives. Jefferson and Washington had slaves and Lincoln was a racist. So what.

Presidents have long been controversial in behavior and gone to war with the press.
We have just had a long line of mil toast Presidents who value public opinion over doing the right thing.
