I got this book plus the newest one. A Many of the recipes are a major change or extension of this version. Plus there is much more information on the latest version. Beautiful book. I will be giving it to my sister in law for her birthday as I know myself and know that I will not make the effort to make different yeast starters, etc. that one needs to do to really get the use out of the book.Read full review...
