I LOVE ANNIE's MIND, WORK, IMAGES AND CONSULTING HELP FROM SUSAN AND OTHERS ... she is certainly the best or one of them and deserves far more recognition forever. I am using the Mamiya RZPro II 67 camera that she preferred, shooting film, as soon as I get the boxes opened and the pieces snapped together, the Portra 400 waiting in the frig. I got hooked on eBay, though poor, and one can see I have more tyhan 75 purchases in the last two months or so ... with virtually no strength, time, or money to sit here and review everything ... books I haven't read, CDs I haven't even unwrapped or heard, paper and ink for fine brochures that I haven't made ... My International Center for the Arts lacking attention and two cats to feed and litter boxes to empty every twelve minutes. I need a life, Annie, but I love you... even if B&H said "hell no, she doesn't hold that heavy camera, her crew hands it to her when she is ready to shoot!" and that was long ago when I used my first one and put a huge print of the Penn State Nittany Lion in the Student Union, HUB, forever! i would say this book, by far, is her best one out, i was lucky enough to land it for about $30... as it runs for well over $100... whatever the price is if you are into collecting photo books, this one has to be on your shelf, no doubt about it. Annie Leibovitz photographs 1970-1990

This book is perfect for a nice coffee table book. The pictures are beautiful. The book is in black, white and gray photos, no color, which accentuates the life in the photos.
