Difficult Apple iMac restoration...

This logic board or motherboard as they are sometimes called was purchased to repair an early Apple iMac desktop computer. The computer was eventually sold on eBay for a nice profit. The purchase of used computer parts on eBay can be a problem, since there is a reason why people sell parts taken from old Apple computers. I was lucky this time, since the replacement logic board worked well.

A word of caution...if you are not technically knowledgable, you should never attempt to change out a logic board on any brand of computer. It requires some special tools and knowledge. It is also very easy to destroy major parts if you don't know what you are doing.Read full review...
