Works well if you understand power requirements
I initially had trouble getting my keyboard to work using this adapter, until I realized the computer (Power Mac G5) was not providing enough power to the monitor to power both the monitor and the keyboard (which was plugged into the back of the monitor). When I plugged the keyboard directly into a USB port on the computer (instead of into the back of the monitor), the keyboard worked fine. (I needed a USB extension cable to reach the computer.) The problem may be specific to the G5; other computers with DVI video interface may be able to provide enough power to avoid this problem. I was not able to test that possibility.Read full review...
