Great audio for phone call, mediocre for music
I got a great price and love these for my handsfree phone headset. The audio is crisp and loud for voice calls. For music, the audio isn't very good, kind of too much treble creating a 'tinny' sound, but I don't care about that. I would buy these again, in fact bought a second pair already.Read full review...

Apparent plug design change caused these not to work properly
Apparently Apple changed the specs on the plug. The spacing on the rings are different than the original ones that I have, therefore, when you plug it into the Jack, the left channel sounds like it’s way off in the distance. If I pull the plug out very slightly, I can hear both channels clearly. I ordered 2 sets that were brand new and both sets of EarPods did the same on multiple devices that I tried them on. These are some of the best earbuds made in this price range. If you're still plugging your headphones into a 3.5mm jack, then these will be just right for you. Broken merchandise and false advertising.
I had ordered a pair that was supposed to be tested, when they came in the right earbud did not work at all, the box had everything strapped in as it was new. I gotten in contact and granted they sent out a replacement pair. The pair came in and the box was slightly crushed (granted could've been in Transit) but the earbuds within were simply tossed in the box tangled.
