Brand New But Useless
I was stupid to buy a "brand new" iPod. It is sealed and brand new and that's the problem. It hasn't been used for so long it's battery is completely dead and is just a piece of antique. Don't make my mistake. Avoid brand new iPod. It hasn't been opened in years. It's pristine. But useless. And apple store will not replace battery for old iPods anymore.Read full review

Get what you pay for
I knew the product was an open box item used in the store. It only included the device and the charging cord but that was all I needed. The battery was supposed to be good. It was a good price. However after downloading my music and charging the device it only lasted for about an hour. The device does not show a green or orange light to indicate the battery life and does not indicate if the battery is low. Now I tried charging for 24 hours and it doesn't come on at all.
