Good looking and nice fit in the hand.
It's a nice little phone and from what I've heard from others is that it does a lot for them. For me however, it's a huge learning curve since I came from a flip phone. I'm a senior and I didn't have anyone take the time to show me how to use it and all the benefits. It's more than what I need and complicated. Even checking the 'small form' factor above is confusing to me. I have no idea what that means....but I had to check something. Over all, it's a beautiful phone and I got it basically for the size since I didn't want anything large in my hand. So for that reason, if anyone likes something that fits nicely in the palm of their hand, this is perfect. Read full review...

I Got Lemon - Had To Pay $100 To Fix Microphone
I got a lemon. After two week I have/had the following problems:
(1) It cost me $100 dollars at Apple Store to replace the front microphone because it was broken meaning that I couldn't dictate my messages.
(2) The battery drains in 3-days "just sitting" on my desktop.
(3) There's something wrong with the earphone jack, because I have to wiggle it around to get the stereo to work.
(1), (2), And (3) a BIG form factors.
All in all very disapointed, but hey, it's the luck of the draw.
