I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and after receiving them I looked at them to make sure all was good and it was. They also came days sooner than expected. However, when she tried connecting them to her phone, it said they were already connected to someone else's apple ID. It took a bit but she got it set up but it says whomever this other person is, can see her location. Not a fan of that. Read full review...

Absolutely amazing sound quality! Noise cancelation is a fantastic feature allowing you to dive into silence while walking a noisy city streets or on the airplane.

The 3rd generation Air Pods I use mostly at night. It’s to drown out fracking noise of near bye geothermal plant. The AirPods cancel out all of the background noise which is amazing.. They are quite delicate if you bump your head or turn head too fast it automatically clicks off. Problems
I switched from the gen 2 to gen 3. The design is shorter and it can cause a lot of slipping out, theres some connecting issues somehow. When its high volume it sounds broken which never happens to my gen 2 and sounds broken and static which causes me to think theres a problem with me. Airpods not connecting correctly
The Airpods did not connect correctly. They connected to the device, then disconnected, again and again. Music and podcasts work through the Airpods, but I could not talk on the phone with them. Apparently, according to the Apple support, they need a firmware update. I tried to do it myself with Apple's assistance. But it did not work. Newer is not always better
I was excited to upgrade from my earlier AirPods, however I was somewhat disappointed with how hard it was to keep these units from falling out of my ears. Also they don’t sound as good as my old ones did. Too big
What can I say? I guess I should stay with the Gen 1/2 AirPods. I tried the pros, they wouldn't stay in my ears. I thought these would be better, but it's hard to even put them in my ears to begin with. I'm constantly having to push them back in. Why on earth are they this big? I have not had good luck with my 3rd generation Apple Earbuds. My old pair seem to work much better(1st generation)These do not have the same sound and when I use them on my phone to make a phone call, I cannot hear the person on the other end very well and they cannot hear me very well.
