This is a mighty-might of a stapler! It feels good in your hand, smooth handle-no sharp edges, the action is sure footed and strong. Although, it's HEAVY DUTY, it's not too heavy to use for long periods of time. Surefooted, it doesn't jump or bounce off the work surface- it drives a 5/8 staple solidly into most woods and a half inch staple into hardwoods every time. Note: I only use Arrow brand staples, still proudly made in the USA! With proper care, keeping it clean from dirt,debris and moisture, with occasional lubrication, it should easily last several lifetimes!!Read full review
